Song Festival Wardrobe and ID Badges

Some of you have already received your wardrobe and ID badges.  We are planning to distribute the remaining wardrobe and ID badges according to the following schedule:

1. We will transport wardrobe and ID badges to all choirs staying at the UIC Suites - you will not need to drive anywhere else.  We ask that a choir representative/s pick up the already packaged parcel/box of wardrobe and ID badges for their choir between 9:00 - 12:00 AM.
2. All other choir wardrobe and ID badges will be available at the Sheraton hotel.  We ask that a choir representative/s pick up the already packaged parcel/box of wardrobe and ID badges for their choir between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
3. For choir directors and conductors, who are not singing with their choirs, we will provide ID badges at your rehearsal on Friday or the choir directors' dinner Friday night.

Please be advised that your wardrobe packages will include men's' neckties of two different lengths.  The longer neckties are intended for the men who registered their t-shirt size as XL or larger.
