Singing and being Lithuanian simply goes hand in hand. Song is a part of our cultural identity and an integral part of every Lithuanian's life.
A richly illustrated program is planned to acquaint the participants and attendees about all facets of the Festival: the singers and their choirs, the detailed history of each choir and an anthology of each song of the Festival repertoire. The Festival not only celebrates the song, but also these singers that foster the Lithuanian musical culture.
Each of us individually has a special opportunity to support the Song Festival by contributing to the printed program of events by submitting a greeting or advertisement. Please join us and support this celebration of Lithuanian song. With your help it will be a memorable experience.
